Set SMART Wellness Goals in 2024
Calling all busy career ladies!
How can you make sure your 2024 wellness goals are SMART?
I will start. These were the 2024 wellness goals I set for myself:
1) Increase muscle tone in my arms.
2) Increase upper body strength
3) Increase total skeletal muscle mass
But these goals are vague, not time-based, and not measurable. They are too subjective.
SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based.
These are the same goals, but SMARTer:
1) Increase Segmental Lean Analysis each arm to 100% by June 1st
2) Lift 25 lb dumbbells in each arm for Bicep Curls by June 1st
3) Increase Total Skeletal Muscle Mass by 5 lbs by June 1st
