We offer a range of membership-based services designed to address the unique needs of each patient and their family. Each membership is tailored to best serve each child.
Nurse-Led Wellness Program
Do you already have a pediatrician you trust and want to keep, but want to take your family’s health to the next level through nourishment and lifestyle?
Our Nurse-Led Wellness Program, guided by the knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse Becca, offers a holistic approach to support mind, body, and spirit starting in your kitchen.
This is not a medical membership. It is a wellness-focused program designed to complement care through lifestyle measures.
1. Comprehensive Intake and Evaluation: Initial intake includes detailed lifestyle evaluation, laboratory testing, and body composition analysis (skeletal muscle mass, percent body fat, basal metabolic rate and more)
2. Holistic Wellness Support: Tools and strategies to create a healthier nourishment culture at home. Nurse Becca offers personalized guidance on sustainable changes in diet, movement, and daily habits.
3. Management of Nourishment-Related Conditions: Nurse Becca works in collaboration with Dr. Adame to provide personalized lifestyle-based interventions .

Pediatric Concierge Services
At Culver Pediatrics Center, we provide customized concierge pediatric care tailored to the needs of families in Culver, Marshall County, and the surrounding areas. We’re also proud to care for patients from all over the country!
1. Monthly Membership Fee Includes: Comprehensive pediatric care
Direct communication with our team
Same-day or next-day appointments
Wellness visits & routine vaccinations
Minor procedures (e.g., stitches)
On-site testing (COVID, flu, strep, etc.)
2. Holistic "Veggies Over Pills" Approach:
Dr. Adame blends evidence-based Western medicine with holistic care, emphasizing nourishment, lifestyle, and mindfulness. With your partnership, we aim to reduce or eliminate medications when appropriate and always with close monitoring and support.

Onboarding Fee/First Month; $350 per patient

Culver Academies Students
We love our Culver Academies students! We offer a customized membership exclusively for our Eagles!
As parents of recent Culver grads, Dr. Adame and Nurse Becca understand the unique challenges and pace of Culver boarding school life. While we maintain a collegial, collaborative relationship with Culver Academies and the Health Center, our priority is your student.
1. Easy Enrollment: Culver Academies students can enroll immediately, without an inquiry session.
2. Comprehensive, Student-Focused Care: From acute illness and mental health to ADHD, sports injuries, Accutane management, and sports physicals, we specialize in the health needs of boarding school students.
3. All-Inclusive Membership: $250 monthly membership fee covers all services at Culver Pediatrics Center for your peace of mind.
