This free interactive workshop is aimed at busy women who are ready for holistic, safe, non-toxic, natural methods to reduce stress and anxiety.

Led by Dr. Noemi Adame, board certified pediatrician and holistic wellness expert for women. She will tailor content based on participant's questions and needs.

Retail Therapy: At the end of the discussion, participants will have the opportunity to shop for holistic, locally-made, stress-reducing products from Handmade Happenings. No purchase required to participate.

This event is an educational opportunity. Dr. Adame will answer your general questions about mindfulness, wellness, and natural stress-reducing remedies.
