  • To provide each person, couple, or family with the time and attention necessary to treat them in an integrative, holistic, and personalized manner, we cannot accept insurance, HSA, or FSA.

  • We ABSOLUTELY see patients from other states, but they have to be physically at our clinic in Culver to meet with Nurse Becca at the initial onboarding visit and every 3-6 months. Most follow up visits can be done virtually. We accept in-person patients only in order to to deliver AMAZING services such as comprehensive blood work and body composition analysis using Inbody Scan at the initial intensive onboarding visit with Nurse Becca. Make it a day or a short overnight trip when you come to your appointments! Culver is our amazing small town by the lake!

What do we do?

  • Encourage a healthy relationship with food

  • We recognize each person is on their own unique wellness journey

  • Celebrate all bodies

  • Encourage any degree of progression towards the Whole-Foods, Plant-Based “north star”

  • Guide feasible meal planning, recipe ideas, grocery shopping, and meal preparation

  • Develop a comprehensive physical activity program that includes cardio, building muscle mass, and stretching tailored to your schedule and goals

  • We track many other metrics besides the number on the scale including muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, percent body fat, energy level, digestive health, wellness labs, micronutrient levels, and more

  • Utilize holistic, non-pharmaceutical, sustainable habit-changing interventions that lead to life-long habits and lifestyle

  • Facilitate connecting with other women on a similar journey for accountability and support

  • Holistic wellness program includes personalized nourishment, physical activity, restorative sleep, engagement with nature, mindfulness-based stress reduction, social connections, and reducing/eliminating risky substances

  • Utilize non-pharmaceutical methods to reduce cravings, increase satiety, stabilize blood sugar, reduce blood pressure, and reduce cholesterol

What don’t we do?

  • Food shame

  • Body shame

  • Count calories

  • Eliminate any macronutrient such as fat or carbohydrates

  • Restrict portion sizes

  • Focus only on cardio exercises (Strength training to build muscle mass is essential)

  • Focus only on weight

  • Encourage “fad” or quick-fix interventions

  • Embark you on a lonely journey

  • Focus only on food and exercise

  • Prescribe weight-loss medications, injections, or , appetite suppressants. Patients may obtain these prescriptions from their primary care doctor.

  • We DO NOT weigh, do Body Composition Analysis, or blood work on children unless they have a referral from their physician
