What To Expect When You Join

Our Holistic Wellness Membership Program

  • Step One

    Inbody Scan, Blood Pressure and Blood Work

    You will meet with Nurse Becca for an InBody Scan to measure skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, percent body fat, and other useful metrics. Nurse Becca will also check your blood pressure and draw wellness labs which includes metabolic panel and micronutrient levels. Once your lab results are in, Dr. Adame will email you the report along with her detailed recommendations such as nourishment and supplements to treat micronutrient deficiencies.

  • Step Two

    60-90 Minute One on One Personalized Onboarding

    Before your initial onboarding appointment, you will complete a detailed intake about your lifestyle, goals, barriers, triggers, and health. You will meet with Dr. Adame for a thorough review of your intake responses, lab work, blood pressure, and body composition analysis. Based on these results and if medically indicated, Dr. Adame recommend certain supplements. Together, you will set feasible, realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals.

  • Step Three

    Mind, Body, Spirit Wellness Resources

    Based on your lifestyle, time, schedule, and goals, our team will guide you to incorporate high-fiber, anti-inflammatory nourishment, physical activity, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, nature engagement, and social connections in your daily life. You will gain access to valuable online and print resources carefully designed or curated by Dr. Adame to guide your journey including a copy of the Metamorphosis Wellness Journal. You will have access to all online and in-person events hosted or sponsored by Culver Wellness Center.

  • Step Four

    Daily, Weekly and Monthly Accountability and Support

    Weekly appointments with Nurse Becca (in clinic, virtually, or by text) to review your journal logs and receive guidance. Optional weekly weigh ins. Monthly Inbody Scan. You will meet 1:1 with Dr. Adame monthly to review your latest Inbody Scan and journal logs in a judgement-free, supportive, guiding visit. You can email or text our team for additional questions and support in between appointments. They will respond during business hours. We recommend checking blood work every 4-6 months.

We get results for women who have tried conventional methods to transform their bodies without success. FAQs

  • Dr. Adame and her team do not offer Well Woman Examinations such as pelvic or pap smears. Culver Wellness Center does not offer primary care, acute care, chronic care, or mental health management for adult patients. We offer lifestyle medicine care to our Butterflies, as listed on this website and the patient care agreement.

  • To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat them in an integrative, holistic, and personalized manner, we cannot accept insurance, HSA, or FSA.

  • We ABSOLUTELY see patients from other states, but they have to be physically at our clinic in Culver to meet with a member of our team at the initial onboarding visit and every 3-6 months. Most follow up visits can be done virtually. We accept in-person patients only in order to to deliver AMAZING services such as comprehensive blood work and body composition analysis using Inbody Scan at the initial intensive onboarding visit with Dr. Adame and Nurse Becca. Make it a day or a short overnight trip when you come to your appointments! Culver is our amazing small town by the lake!

  • There is a short wait list. It takes about 2-4 weeks to join our practice, but we promise we are worth the wait!

  • The initial investment is $1,500, followed by a monthly membership fee of $500. This includes the intake, onboarding visit, Inbody Scan, blood work and interpretation, Metamorphosis Journal, Jumpstart Booklet, access to online content, all online or in-person workshops, weekly follow up visits/weigh ins, monthly Inbody Scan, monthly 1:1 consult with Dr. Adame, bi-annual lab work, and direct access to our team during business hours for any additional questions or support or guidance.

  • We track many other metrics besides the number on the scale including muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, percent body fat, energy level, digestive health, wellness labs, micronutrient levels, and more

  • Utilize holistic, non-pharmaceutical, sustainable habit-changing interventions that lead to life-long habits and lifestyle

  • Facilitate connecting with other women on a similar journey for accountability and support

  • Holistic wellness program includes personalized nourishment, physical activity, restorative sleep, engagement with nature, mindfulness-based stress reduction, social connections, and reducing/eliminating risky substances

  • Utilize non-pharmaceutical methods to reduce cravings, increase satiety, stabilize blood sugar, reduce blood pressure, and reduce cholesterol

What don’t we do?

  • Food shame

  • Body shame

  • Count calories

  • Eliminate any macronutrient such as fat or carbohydrates

  • Restrict portion sizes

  • Focus only on cardio exercises (Strength training to build muscle mass is essential)

  • Focus only on weight

  • Encourage “fad” or quick-fix interventions

  • Embark you on a lonely journey

  • Focus only on food and exercise

  • Prescribe weight-loss medications, injections, or , appetite suppressants. Patients may obtain these prescriptions from their primary care doctor.
