You Can Still Get Your Flu Shot

It’s not too late to get your flu shot this season. We offer the standard dose and high dose flu shot for people over age 65.

We use comfort techniques including numbing cream, shot blocker, ice, Buzzy Bee, and distraction methods.

We offer Flu Vaccines at no cost to the family.

To get your flu shots for the whole family:

1) Text Nurse Becca 574-544-2343 during business hours to schedule.

2) Complete the Vaccine Consent Form for each person to be vaccinated.
