We are a tiny, family-owned practice.
We opened in 2020 at the height of a global pandemic and worldwide economic crisis. Businesses that had been around for decades were closing down.
Our “team” consisted of Dr. Adame, her house-call bag “Chente”, and her stethoscope.
She kept all her supplies on her family’s dining room table for over six months, until the clinic space in the front part of her house was finished.
At first, all Culver Peds patients were ones that followed her from her previous employed practice.
Then word of mouth started to take effect.
We grew slowly but steadily through sheer word of mouth and reputation.
Then Nurse Becca joined our team, elevating the patient experience.
We started ranking higher on Google organically .
We landed a contract with Culver Summer Schools and Camps.
We started hosting events to promote mind, body, spirit health practices in our community.
Then the PANDAS/PANS community found us. Families started traveling from hours away, even out of state, to join our little practice.
Dr. Adame was invited to speak at conferences and podcasts.
We added Josh (medical office assistant) and Madison (summer intern) to our team.
We are still small, but we do BIG things.
