What a wonderful Camp Veggie launch!

This amazing group of kids got to hang out with their friends, Nurse Becca, and Dr. Adame to learn about the ways fruits keep our bodies healthy and strong AND make a delicious smoothie bowl!

We are looking forward to sharing Camp Veggie with the community!

At Camp Veggie, children of all ages will learn to explore foods in a new way. Through age-appropriate experiences (some camps involve child and caregiver), the campers will learn about:

  • Gardening

  • Where food comes from

  • Basic age-appropriate nutrition'

  • Food hygiene

  • Meal preparation

  • Some camps will also explore holistic wellness practices such as journaling, earthing, and yoga.

Our aim is for campers to explore and LOVE the veggies on their plate for strong mind, body, spirit health.
