Creamed Spinach

We go through a lot of Spinach or Kale each week from Flower Hill Farm. A good chunk of those greens go into making creamed spinach, a favorite at hour house.

Reminder: I am not a chef or recipe writer. I “wing it” quite a bit with my recipes.
