Culver Summer Membership Wait List

We have once again proudly partnered with Culver Summer Schools and Camps to deliver acute medical services to their seasonal staff.

In order to ensure our availability and exceptional level of care that is the hallmark of Culver Peds to enrolled patients, we will be closed to new memberships from June 1st to September 5th. If you would like to secure access to our concierge level pediatric services for your child during the summer, or if you are thinking of enrolling your child during the summer, we recommend you enroll them now to ensure availability.

Families who would like to join the Culver Peds family during that time will be added to a wait list.
