Hunger Buster Pack
Many people worry about what to eat when on the go, like going to their children’s games or practices. The concession stand siren call can be a loud one. One option is to pack a Hunger Buster Pack like this one.
Choose
Dried or fresh fruit that is ready to eat
Nuts or seeds like pistachios, almonds, pepitas, or sunflower seeds. Purchase these in your grocery store’s produce or bulk section, not the snack aisle.
Seed-packed crackers like Norwegian, Mary’s Gone Crackers, Ella’s Flats, or Crunch master rice crackers (that’s what I have in this one)
A dip such as hummus or pesto in a separate spill-proof container.
How to Use: Pack as a healthy snack (or even lunch!) for work or school. Take to games or practices. You can even pack them in deli containers to give to children at games or practices for a quick energy boost.
