Meal planning can be overwhelming. Use this checklist to guide you.
Remember:
Keep meals SIMPLE.
Meal repetition is associated with weight loss, and it saves you money and time.
Batch cook: Make only 1-2 meals per week that can be repurposed for other meals. For example, I will make a pot of beans that we can use to make tacos, tostadas, dips, sandwiches, and as a salad or bowl topping.
