Our Silver Butterflies Program is back. This program offers free health screens for adults in our community. Email Nurse Becca to schedule any of the following services at no cost. We offer a variety of free services to all members of our community including:
Blood Pressure Screens
Blood Sugar Screens
Hemoglobin (screen for low iron)
Hearing Screen
Blood Pressure Machine Calibration and Education
Glucometer Education for Usage and Monitoring
Recommendations for Doctors and other services
