New For 2023: Urgent Care Services

Starting January 24th!

Due to popular demand and to reduce bottle necks at our local emergency departments, we are now offering same-day Urgent Care Services for non-members at Culver Peds.

Limited availability. Our established patients are our priority.

Acute minor illness or injury such as fever, sore throat, rash, cough, simple stitches, wound care, UTI, gastrointestinal illness.

For life- or limb-threatening injuries, please call 911 or go to ER.

Cost:

Monday through Thursday 9 am to 4 pm: $600 per visit

After Hours, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays: $750 per visit

We do not bill insurance. Self-pay only.

Fee does not include follow up after 2 weeks, private texting with Dr. Adame, X-rays, send-out labs, and cost of prescription medications.

Fee includes medical consultation and examination, visit summary, in-house testing (including BioFIRE), procedures such as stitches, injections, nebulizer treatments, wound care, or Dermabond, and follow up related to the visit up to 2 weeks. Suture or staple removal included.

We DO NOT write prescriptions for controlled substances or narcotics for non-member urgent care visits. For pain severe enough to require narcotics, please proceed to emergency department or call 911.
