Culver Summer: Urgent Care Services For Non-Members

Due to popular demand and to reduce bottle necks at our local emergency departments, we are now offering same-day Urgent Care Services for non-members at Culver Peds.

Limited availability. Our established patients are our priority.

Acute minor illness or injury such as fever, sore throat, rash, cough, simple stitches, wound care, UTI, gastrointestinal illness.

For life- or limb-threatening injuries, please call 911 or go to ER.

Urgent Care Services

Cost:

Monday through Thursday 9 am to 4 pm: $600 per visit

After Hours, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays: $750 per visit

We do not bill insurance. Direct pay only.

Fee does not include follow up after 2 weeks, X-rays, send-out labs, cost of prescription medications, or any service done outside of our clinic.

Fee includes medical consultation and examination, vaccines such as Tdap, visit summary, in-house testing (including BioFIRE), procedures such as stitches, staples, stitches/staple removal, injections, nebulizer treatments, wound care, or Dermabond, and follow up related to the visit up to 2 weeks.

We DO NOT write prescriptions for controlled substances or narcotics for non-member urgent care visits. For pain severe enough to require narcotics, please proceed to emergency department or call 911.
