Our purpose is to deliver personalized medical care to Culver Academies students beyond what is already available to them from the excellent student Health Center.
We offer wellness checks, vaccines, sports physicals, chronic care management including anxiety, depression, acne, and ADHD and more!
We have an excellent relationship with the student Health Center.
Our purpose is to complement the health care students receive. We communicate closely with parents as well as the student’s counselor and athletic trainers.
