We use metrics beyond the scale, including blood work, to check your health at the cellular level.
The Metamorphosis Holistic Wellness Ecosystem as well as our PreConception Wellness Ecosystems both include the following bi-annual wellness labs:
Complete Blood Counts (hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, white cells and white cell subtypes)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (liver/kidney function, sugar, salts, protein levels)
Lipid Profile (cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), LDL (“bad” cholesterol), triglycerides)
High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (cardiac risk enhancer, sign of inflammation)
Hemoglobin A1C (diagnostic for diabetes or pre-diabetes)
Vitamin D
B12
Folate
Ferritin (direct measure of iron storage in the blood/tissues)
