GREEN: Spinach or Kale
VEGGIES: Carrots, beats, zucchini, pumpkin, any you like, fresh or frozen
FRUIT: Berries, Apples, Oranges, Pears, or pretty much any fruit, fresh or frozen
PROTEIN: H-E/MP seeds, steamed edamame (allow to cool), silken tofu
FIBER: whole flax seeds, nuts/nut butter, chia seeds
