Dr. Adame's High Protein, Low Sugar, Anti-Inflammatory Coffee Creamer Got A Mushroom Boost
In a high speed blender, mix the following ingredients
✅ 2 Cups Ripple Unsweet Pea Protein Milk
✅ 1/2 Cup Elements Truffles Unflavored Protein Powder
✅ Squirt of Vanilla Extract
✅ Cinnamon
✅ 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons Turmeric
✅ 1-2 inch peeled fresh ginger piece if you are feeling spicy
✅ A sprinkle of freshly ground pepper to increase absorption of Turmeric
✅ New Addition: 2 Tablespoons Om Mushroom Powder
Note: Fullscript is discontinuing the Om Immune Defense Mushroom Powder. Dr. Adame recommends the cortisol-lowering Reishi Mushroom Powder as an alternative.

Place the blended mixture in a mason jar. Shake well before using. Dr. Adame adds 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup to her large cup of morning coffee.
Stir your coffee as you enjoy as the protein blend can settle at the bottom of the cup.
A 1/4 cup serving has about 12-14 grams of protein.
You can also add this to protein shakes, smoothies, smoothie bowls, hot chocolate, and use it in baking!
