The Nurse-Led Wellness Program at Culver Pediatrics Center gives you the tools and strategies to transform your family's relationship with food. Led by Nurse Becca, we use a comprehensive intake—including lab work and body composition analysis—to provide personalized, sustainable guidance that brings confidence and joy back to your kitchen. Initial intake includes detailed lifestyle evaluation, laboratory testing, and body composition analysis (skeletal muscle mass, percent body fat, basal metabolic rate and more) for the enrolled client.
Holistic Wellness Support
Tools and strategies to create a healthier nourishment culture at home. Nurse Becca offers personalized guidance on sustainable changes on your plate, movement, mindfulness, and daily habits.
Management of Nourishment-Related Conditions
Nurse Becca works in collaboration with Dr. Adame to provide personalized lifestyle-based interventions .

What is DPC?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative, membership-based healthcare model. Instead of billing insurance, patients pay a flat monthly fee. This gives us the freedom to provide comprehensive pediatric services with a focus on personalized care, longer appointment times, and direct access to our team. Our goal is to make your child's healthcare straightforward, accessible, and centered around their needs. We are accountable to you, not the insurance company, the government, private equity, or a soul-less corporation.
What's included in DPC Membership?
Membership benefits include:
a. Well-Child Visits & Sick Visits: Routine check-ups and same-day or next-day appointments when your child is ill.
b. Immunizations: Keeping your child's vaccinations up-to-date.
c. Developmental Screening: Monitoring your child's growth and development and comprehensive assessments when indicated.
d. Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing care for conditions like asthma, allergies, acne, digestive health, mental health and more under the expert care of Dr. Adame.
e. Adolescent Care: Specialized care for the unique needs of teenagers and young adults. Many of our patients attend Culver Academies and stay with us through their college years.
How do I become a Culver Peds member?
Attend our next Info Session. Reserve your spot by scheduling a group info session for Pediatrics Concierge Services or our PANDAS/PANS Clinic using the corresponding blue button. Culver Academies students can enroll without a group info session.
