a. Annual Sports Physical & Sick Visits: Routine check-ups and same-day or next-day appointments when your Eagle is sick or injured.
b. Immunizations: Keeping your Eagle's vaccinations up-to-date.
c. Wellness Screening: Monitoring your teen's growth, mental health, and offer comprehensive assessments when indicated.
d. Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing care for conditions like asthma, allergies, acne, digestive health, mental health and more under the expert care of Dr. Adame.
e. Adolescent Care: Specialized care for the unique needs of teenagers and young adults. Many of our patients attend Culver Academies and stay with us through their college years.

f. Annual Wellness Labs: We monitor annual wellness labs which can billed to your insurance or low-cost self-pay prices.
