GLP-1 Meds can cause muscle mass. The loss represents approximately25-40% of total weight loss, which is proportionally much less than fat mass loss. The muscle mass loss with GLP-1 receptor agonists is comparable to other weight loss interventions.

Edamame
Legumes such as beans, lentils, chickpeas
Seeds such as h/e-M/p and chia and flax
Nuts and nut butters such as raw almonds and pistachios
Consume protein-rich foods first
Resistance training at least 3 times weekly
Combined resistance and aerobic training can reduce lean body mass loss by 50-95%
