Important Update: Onboarding Fee Change Starting January 1, 2026

At Culver Pediatrics Center, our mission has always been to provide families with exceptional, personalized pediatric care in an environment built on trust, accessibility, and compassion.

Over the past five years, we have worked hard to maintain our standards of care despite the rising costs of medical operations, staffing, and technology. After thoughtful consideration and careful financial analysis, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our onboarding fees, which will double starting January 1, 2026.

This change is necessary to ensure we can continue offering the same high level of service, including direct access to your pediatrician, longer visits, and a highly responsive care team, that defines the Culver Pediatrics Center experience.

Please note:

• Monthly membership fees for current members will remain the same.

• The new onboarding fees will be posted on our website on January 1, 2026, and will apply to any new enrollments made on or after that date.

If you are considering joining our practice, we encourage you to enroll before December 31, 2025, to lock in the current onboarding rate.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued trust in us to care for your children. These adjustments allow us to preserve the quality, access, and compassion that every Culver Pediatrics Center family deserves.
