Say Boo To Flu! Get vaccinated against flu before Halloween.

We use comfort techniques including numbing cream, shot blocker, ice, Buzzy Bee, and distraction methods.

We offer Flu Vaccines at no cost to the family including uninsured people and children covered by Medicaid, CHIP, or private insurance.

To get your flu shots for the whole family:

1) Email or Text Nurse Becca 574-544-2343 to Schedule

2) Complete the Vaccine Consent Form for each person to be vaccinated.
