Laboratory Services at Culver Pediatrics Center
At Culver Pediatrics Center, we function as a laboratory center for the community. There is no waiting upon arrival to our clinic at your designated appointment time. If you are fasting for your tests, we have free water, coffee, and healthy vegan snacks available for you right after your blood draw is complete.
Follow 4 Steps to get your labs done with us:
1) Email Nurse Becca nurse@culverpediatrics.com or call 574-544-2343 to schedule an appointment.
2) Ask your doctor to fax the lab orders to our clinic at 574-544-2339. Or you can email Nurse Becca a copy of the order prior to your appointment. We will fax your results to your doctor.
3) Complete this consent form prior to your appointment.
4) Pay the $25 lab draw fee online.
