Doctor In The Kitchen: Pesto and Greens Tostadas

The Doctor does not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. So instead of cooking, I mainly assemble Whole Foods Plant Based Ingredients together.

I prepare about 4 cups of Spinach Pesto early in the week to have on hand for easy prep meals.
