Silver Butterflies Wellness Program

We are offering wellness screens for adults at Culver Peds for ANYONE in the community during the second Wednesday of each month. This is a no cost service. Pre-registration required.

The program will include blood pressure, hemoglobin, blood sugar, and hearing screens.
