The Glow Within Series for Girls of All Ages at Culver Peds

We had a wonderful time at our Glow Within launch!

We talked about how to take care of our skin naturally and safely. We also made a gentle face mask with oats, pumpkin seed oil, and frankincense oil.

The Glow Within is an empowering, confidence-building wellness workshop series for girls and female-identifying patients of all ages.

The topics are focused on body positivity, self-care, personal hygiene, and healthy relationships.

Topics will be different each month.

We only offer this service to our members and their caregivers.

Location: Culver Peds.

Dr. Adame will share her hair care routine, which begins in the kitchen with healthy nourishment.

She will review options for natural cleansing, repair, and follicle nourishment.
