The Glow Within is a monthly empowering, confidence-building wellness workshop series for girls and female-identifying patients of all ages.

The topics are focused on body positivity, self-care, personal hygiene, and healthy relationships.

We only offer this service to our members and their caregivers.

Topic: Holistic Hair Health

Location: Culver Peds.

Dr. Adame will share her hair care routine, which begins in the kitchen with healthy nourishment.

She will review options for natural cleansing, repair, and follicle nourishment.
