For this year's Saturday Sports/Camp Physical Day, we got a little extra help from Kennya, who is our very own Nurse Becca's daughter.

If your child is a Culver Peds member, you can self schedule their sports/camp physical directly on the SigmaMD app, using the Annual Wellness/Sports/Camp Physical appointment type.
