Doctor In the Kitchen: Bowl of Mixed Greens, Pesto, Avocado, and Blueberries

The Doctor does not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. So instead of cooking, I mainly assemble Whole Foods Plant Based Ingredients together.

This is a very typical simple meal for me on hot Friday nights when I do not feel like cooking.

I prepare about 4 cups of Spinach Pesto and homemade bread in the bread maker early in the week to have on hand for easy prep meals.
